45 stunning examples of long exposure photography
You just get a tripod, go to manual mode, set your shutter speed to 10 seconds or more, Take a test shot (ISO 400 setting should be fine) , Adjust your aperture if the shot is too overexposed or underexposed. Keep testing to you get the shot you want.
Keep in mind that if you are trying to do this during the day, you will have to take your ISO all the way to the lowest setting (100 usually)...

Q. What is one way to learn from the Master...
Answer- Go to there websites and take in their work. See what they are dong. Figure out if there is anything they are doing that you can also do. Angles, colors, setups, shadows etc. Just go to their websites to get inspired.

Getting people to pose for you and simple...
His guy does street portraits, gets people off the street and puts them in front of a simple white piece of paper. Watch his technique as he quickly asks people to pose. It is confident, funny and fast. We all can learn by watching his style.
It is also inspiring to see that you can take good pictures with a single focus lens and no lights. His framining of some of the images is very unique...

I saw this site, and I have to agree with them. These tutorials allow you to some very creative things with photoshop. Scan though the titles and examples and if you find one that works for you it will be well worth it.

The best places to get classic public domain...
Some of these photos, either the copyright has expired, there never was one, or they are from a place like NASA, so the pictures are funded by the taxpayer and thus have to give them to you.
Also look near the bottom of the article for a link to how to make giantic prints (you print from your desktop printer- from your digital images.

Using external Flash for weddings
Bob answers a question on using external flash for weddings. Mainly for Canon users but much of the letter applies to all. Dave- This is Bob Nagy…and I use the 40D in weddings all the time. You are correct, the internal flash won’t work at 25 feet - unless you are at 800 ISO and above -and then not very well. Here is the set-up you need for weddings: I would get the 430EX....

45 photoshop tutorials, I especially like the photo cutout one. I have always wanted to know how to do that. At the bottom of the page it looks like they have a link to 50 more tutorials. With this amount of training, who needs to take a course in this stuff?

Getting High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos using...
